SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual/volumetric weight, distance traveled and method of shipping service you specify.  However, we try our best to offer competitive shipping rates, using reliable transport companies.

NEEI on-account customers also have the option of using their own, designated transport companies (called “freight collect” in logistics terms).

Shipping outside Canada is NOT OFFERED on the nee2go online store at this time, but email us your wishlist (you’ll need a login for that) and destination country for special consideration.

Transit times will vary as we are shipping from various locations, to your chosen delivery location in Canada.  Tracking information is usually provided at time of shipping.

RECEIVING OUR SHIPMENTS

All shipments leave our warehouse in excellent condition. Our shipping teams take great pride in making sure all orders are packaged to ensure the product arrives in the same condition as it leaves our locations. Where necessary, we purchase specific carton and skid sizes to accommodate the products we ship. Unfortunately, some damages happen once products leave our locations!

Therefore:

  • Inspect your item for any damages before signing and accepting your shipment. Signing for the shipment indicates you are accepting the shipment in an as-is condition.
  • If the shipment shows immediate signs of damage you have the following options: A)Refuse the shipment and notify us immediately B)Note on bill of lading “Shipment Received Damaged” C)Take photos of the shipment
  • Please retain all packaging material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase.

NEEI is not accountable or responsible for damages once shipments are signed as received in good condition:

  • We have no recourse with the transportation company
  • Freight damages are not eligible for warranty

CONCEALED DAMAGES

A crease or tear in any of the packaging could be a sign of internal damage and should be inspected immediately; or noted on the bill of lading as “Subject To Inspection”.  Inspection must be completed within 24 hours of receipt, and pictures should be taken BEFORE opening the shipment packages and AFTER revealing the product.

Claims for concealed damages must be submitted to NEEI within 48 hours after receipt. Photos of the packaging and unit are required!
